With more than nine miles of riverfront, there is plenty of room for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and any other water sports. There are four riverfront parks with picnic areas, playgrounds, and ball fields. At the Chattahoochee Nature Center, covering more than 127 acres, there are hiking trails, exhibits, and a zip line. Roswell Area Park is a large complex featuring a gymnasium, an activities building, a pool, and many more amenities. Vickery Creek Falls is a nice spot for relaxing in nature. Or get active on the golf course at the Horseshoe Bend Country Club.
